Empowering Youth for Life

The recently formed Ballarat Police and Citizens Youth Club (Ballarat PCYC) is a not-for-profit Incorporated

Association with the motto of ‘Empowering Youth for Life’. The objectives of the PCYC include providing

recreational, sporting, cultural, educational, health and welfare programs, predominantly for socially

disadvantaged/disengaged young people in the Ballarat area.

Ballarat PCYC was formed by a group of local retired police and education professionals who have negotiated

partnerships with Victoria Police, Federation University, Rotary Club of Ballarat South, Bendigo Community

Bank - Buninyong, CDC Ballarat, Uniting Care, Ballarat Senior Citizens Club, and the City of Ballarat.
